I enjoy this blogsite: thanks for maintaining it.
The mysterious cat sightings are extremely interesting. If there were a centralized place for discussion on them, I would ask two questions:
1. Has anyone considered the "Rabbit headed cat" described by British cryptozoologists?
2. Why don't we all postulate a new species? Isn't that what Darwin's theory essentially predicted? There are descriptions of melanistic felines coming from all over the world: why would resident populations NOT respond to environmental changes in some way?
